1. Use “Times New Roman” font, regular weight
2. Font size 12—even the title
3. All items: TOC, Editor’s Letter, Publisher’s Note, essays, and poems flush left*
4. PDF of poem in preferred format submitted with Word doc if desired
5. Contributor’s name at end of submission
6. Edit submission
7. Short author bio (for Contributors page)
